Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the station and city attractions, making it convenient for both sightseeing and business. The complimentary breakfast is frequently mentioned as a positive, with several guests enjoying its quality and variety. Staff service is generally regarded as friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, some guests note that the rooms are small and the facilities show signs of age.
