Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, finding it convenient for exploring the city. However, many express disappointment with the breakfast, describing it as insufficient, lacking variety, or of poor quality. Cleanliness is another common concern, with several guests noting issues such as dust, lack of proper cleaning, and general upkeep. Service also receives criticism, with reports of unfriendly or absent staff and poor reception experiences. While a few guests appreciate the building's charm or the friendliness of some employees, the overall sentiment is that improvements are needed in breakfast, cleanliness, and service.
