Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, a significant number of reviews highlighted major noise problems, especially from traffic and poor soundproofing, which made it difficult for guests to rest. While the property and amenities received positive remarks, the persistent noise and some isolated incidents with staff behavior and safety concerns were notable drawbacks.
