Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the friendly and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the convenient location close to local attractions. However, several reviews raised serious concerns about cleanliness, including reports of bed bugs, mold, and general lack of maintenance. While some guests enjoyed the unique architecture and peaceful atmosphere, others felt the property did not match its online photos and required better upkeep. Value for price and amenities were generally seen as acceptable, but cleanliness issues were a recurring negative theme.
