Summary of reviews

Guests say
Reviews of the hotel are mixed. Many guests complimented the spacious rooms, especially the villas and deluxe options, and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, cleanliness was a major concern for several guests, with reports of dirty bathrooms, unclean pools, and poorly maintained facilities. The pool, while a highlight for some, was criticized for being dirty or out of order by others. Despite these issues, positive experiences with service and room size were frequently mentioned, making the hotel a good value for those prioritizing space and hospitality over perfect cleanliness.
