Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, unhelpful or unavailable staff, uncomfortable beds, and a lack of value for the price paid. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, pest problems, and maintenance issues. However, a few guests appreciated the convenient location and some staff members who were friendly or professional. Overall, positive experiences were rare, and the negatives outweighed the positives for most guests.

Pros (+) It was clean
Cons (-) The toilet didn't flush. The bed was extremely small and uncomfortable. They were doing construction on the room next door and they were so loud, we couldn't sleep. They worked until after 9pm and started again at 6am. They were constantly banging on the wall directly behind the bed. It has more of a low-rent apartment complex vibe than a hotel.

Pros (+) Clean room. No carpet, which is a plus. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Great price. I will come back again.
