Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were very dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, unclean linens, bugs, and unpleasant odors. Safety was also a major concern, with several guests mentioning illegal activities, feeling unsafe, or being exposed to dangerous conditions. While some guests appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and the quiet location, negative experiences with service, including unhelpful or rude staff and unresolved complaints, were common. Overall, the positives were limited to room size and location, but these were overshadowed by significant cleanliness and safety issues.
