The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and personalized service, with several guests highlighting memorable experiences and thoughtful gestures. The atmosphere was often described as relaxing and unique, with special mention of the garden and charming bungalows. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple reports of insufficient cleaning, mold, and even rodent droppings. Breakfast quality and availability also drew criticism, with guests noting limited options and inconsistent service. Despite these drawbacks, many guests felt the value for price and overall experience were positive, especially for those seeking a quiet retreat.
