Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the comfortable rooms, good amenities, and some friendly staff. However, several reviews mention issues with service, such as unhelpful or inattentive staff, and problems with breakfast quality and value. Room sizes and cleanliness were generally acceptable, though a few noted dated interiors or minor maintenance issues. Amenities like the gym, pool, and air conditioning were highlighted, but some guests found extra charges or access restrictions frustrating. Overall, while there are positives, improvements in service and breakfast could enhance the experience.
