Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Prudential Center and transport links, making it ideal for events and travel. Many found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and professional, and several reviews highlighted the cleanliness of both rooms and common areas. However, some guests were disappointed by the breakfast quality and availability, and noise from both inside and outside the hotel was a recurring issue for light sleepers.
