Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to major attractions, public transport, and vibrant neighborhoods. Many also appreciate the good value for the price, especially given New York's high accommodation costs. However, several guests report issues with cleanliness, including shared bathrooms and infrequent housekeeping. Bed comfort receives mixed feedback, with some finding the beds uncomfortable or noisy. Service is generally described as neutral, with a few positive mentions of friendly staff but also some negative experiences. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and affordability, but improvements in cleanliness and comfort are needed.
