Pros (+) Disco bath tub and super comfy beds. Great location in midtown. Unique experience even with the small elevators. Highly recommend staying!
Cons (-) Drinks were a little pricey, but overall atmosphere and NYC influence may justify their cost. No in room coffee, but close proximity nearby.

Pros (+) Location is good. Very Poor customer service. Room Key was not working @ 1am. They send me back n forth 4 times to check if i was doing something wrong or key was the problem. After that they figured out the lock battery was discharged and was recognizing the key. Then we Had to wait in the waiting area till 230am with my pregnant wife. I was so outraged with this but hotel staff was least concern...

Pros (+) No food service and the champagne was extremely expensive at the bar but the room was clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved the bathtub and the staff was very nice. Nice hotel for a romantic getaway. Wouldn't recommend for families
