Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to major attractions and convenience for exploring the city. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly and helpful. However, several guests found the rooms to be quite small and some experienced issues with noise, particularly from the street or air conditioning units. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few reviews mentioned inconsistent housekeeping. Overall, the hotel is seen as a great base for city visits, especially for its location and service, but room size and noise may be concerns for some.
