Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's location for its convenience to public transport, attractions, and nearby services, making it a strong point for the property. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty rooms, stained linens, and insufficient housekeeping. Bed comfort is also a concern, with several guests reporting uncomfortable or old mattresses. Amenities like kitchenettes and early check-in are appreciated, but some guests note the lack of elevators and outdated facilities.
