Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions like Times Square. However, many reviews mention significant issues with the breakfast, describing it as crowded, chaotic, and lacking in quality. The elevators are also a frequent source of frustration due to long wait times, especially during peak hours. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and comfortable, while others note issues with housekeeping and maintenance. Overall, the location is the main highlight, but operational aspects like breakfast and elevators detract from the experience.

Wonderful

Pros (+) Employees and price I received on Hotwire.
Cons (-) How about some coffee downstairs with at least a cold breakfast sandwich. Other hotels doing some breakfast, but Holiday Inn is using covid to save money and line their pockets. Shame on you. You have to hike two blocks to get breakfast

Nadia, Aug 2020
Pros (+) I liked a few of the staff that were helpful, however most were rude and unprofessional.
Cons (-) It would've been better if there was actually breakfast as advertised and free parking fully validated.

Pros (+) Helpful friendly staff clean and comfortable room.
Cons (-) Someone was smoking marajuana in their room and the smell was permeating our room. It happened on multiple nights despite it being a non-smoking hotel.
