Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near key attractions, friendly and helpful staff, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, some guests reported issues with bed comfort, elevator reliability, and occasional noise. While the atmosphere and amenities were generally appreciated, a few guests noted that the property could use some updates and that parking and breakfast options were limited. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a popular choice for many travelers.

Pros (+) The concierge & the guys that helped with three luggage were very nice & gave us some great places to check out.
Cons (-) The elevator broke down Saturday & we were on the 16th floor. There were notes put under the door to ask you to avoid the elevator between 8 & 12 on Sunday there were going to be a lot of people checking out. Helpful but I felt they should've been done.
