Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, such as poor communication, lack of staff, and problems with check-in codes. Cleanliness was also a common concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Noise levels, both from within the hotel and the surrounding area, negatively impacted some stays. Overall, while the location was a major positive, service and cleanliness need improvement.

Pros (+) Good location in the french quarter and nicely renovated. Staff was super nice and friendly

Cons (-) The mattress was lumpy and not flat at all. Maybe too much use but could not sleep at all. Shotgun style hallway meant that even on the 3rd floor we could hear every obnoxious guest on the first floor and by the pool.
