Pros (+) I loved the location and the staff !! They were very polite and helpful.
Cons (-) I am not very wealthy and decided to spend my money on kayak.com and New Orleans rather than fly to another city. Pros (+) We were there for Mardi Gras 2017, the hotel is within walking distance to many of the attractions. But far enough away that you can have some quiet time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby was always clean and smelled great as soon as you walked in. Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities. Also was nice that the tv in the room can connect with Netflix and Hulu.
Cons (-) Nothing
