Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring Yale and downtown attractions. Many found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. However, a recurring complaint was the extra charge for parking, which many guests felt was not clearly communicated or was too high. Despite some issues with noise, older facilities, and occasional maintenance problems, the overall impression was positive, especially for short stays and good value for the price.

Wonderful
Laura, Nov 2025
We loved it. We loved the open lobby with water filling station and also fruity water, microwave and a huge area to meet up with others in the lobby. We loved the comfort of the bed. And the robes in the rooms were an added touch. Housekeeping was fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised with the convenient location and parking deck

Pros (+) I loved it all. My stay was not long enough.
Cons (-) Wish there was a deep tub in my room. Pool side hot tub would have been nice.
