Guests say
Reviews highlight the hotel's convenient location, especially for business travelers and those visiting nearby hospitals. Many guests found the staff to be polite, cooperative, and helpful, with some mentioning excellent hospitality and swift service. However, several reviews point out issues with cleanliness, small room sizes, and maintenance problems such as malfunctioning AC, worn facilities, and basic breakfast. While some found the hotel to be a good value for money, others felt it was overpriced for the amenities and condition provided.
