Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the railway station and metro, making it convenient for travelers. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness issues, including reports of cockroaches, dust, and dirty rooms. The bathroom facilities and room maintenance are also frequently criticized, with several guests noting broken fixtures and lack of hot water. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as polite and helpful, while others are seen as rude or uncooperative. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, the hotel needs improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.
