Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly report severe cleanliness and hygiene problems, including dirty or unchanged bed linens, stained bedding, unclean bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Service is also criticized, with mentions of rude or unhelpful staff, booking issues, and unfulfilled promises. Several guests found the beds uncomfortable and the rooms not matching online photos. Safety concerns were raised, especially by solo travelers and families, due to the environment and lack of staff presence. The location is noted as convenient by a few, but this does not outweigh the negative experiences. Only one review mentioned positive staff service.
