Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport and metro, with several noting easy access and helpful staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, room readiness, and service reliability, including booking problems, unhelpful staff, and misleading photos. While a few guests found the rooms comfortable and the staff courteous, negative feedback about dirty rooms, poor amenities, and inconsistent service was frequent. Overall, the location and some positive staff experiences stood out, but cleanliness and service need improvement.
