Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's strong appeal and amenities for Japanese travelers, especially the authentic Japanese breakfast and food options. While some appreciate the location near the metro and the overall value, others note issues with cleanliness, dated facilities, and inconsistent service, particularly at the front desk. The hotel is described as comfortable and quiet, with some upgraded rooms and helpful staff, but there are complaints about maintenance and the handling of special requests. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice for Japanese visitors, though improvements could be made in service and upkeep.
