Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, frequently mentioning dirty rooms, unclean linens, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service was also a major concern, with complaints about unhelpful staff, denied bookings, and long wait times. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location near the airport and found the staff friendly in a few cases. Bed comfort and value for price were generally rated poorly. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, but proximity to the airport was a consistent advantage.

Cons (-) The reception and room service response is not quick. They didn't fulfill my requests 3 - 4 times, even though I was assured it will be done in 5 minutes.
