Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests found the hotel to offer good value for money and a convenient location, especially for those using public transport or seeking nearby amenities. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, such as lack of staff presence, poor communication, and difficulties with check-in. Cleanliness, particularly regarding carpets and bathrooms, was a concern for several guests. The absence of breakfast due to staff shortages was frequently mentioned as a drawback. Overall, while the price and location are appreciated, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
