Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and beautiful views, as well as the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many were disappointed by poor service, with several complaints about unhelpful or unfriendly staff and long waits at check-in. Cleanliness and maintenance of rooms were also frequently criticized, with reports of unclean or poorly maintained facilities. Breakfast was a common point of dissatisfaction, with guests finding it lacking in quality, variety, or presentation. Bed comfort was another recurring issue, with multiple guests describing the beds as uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and views are standout positives, service, cleanliness, and breakfast need significant improvement.
