Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as cockroaches, bad odors, and dirty rooms and bathrooms. Service was repeatedly described as poor, with rude and unhelpful staff, delayed or denied assistance, and inadequate room servicing. Many also complained about small room sizes, broken amenities, and misleading room assignments. Only a few reviews mentioned any positive aspects, such as proximity to transportation or basic room service, but these were far outweighed by the negative experiences.
