Guests say

Guests frequently praised the friendly and accommodating service as well as the availability and convenience of parking. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, presence of bugs, and lack of proper housekeeping. Noise from nearby highways or thin windows was a common complaint, making it difficult for some guests to sleep. The location was also criticized for being close to busy or unsafe areas. Despite these drawbacks, the positive attitude of the staff and ease of parking stood out as notable strengths.

Good

Pros (+) Clean and nice

Cons (-) Housekeeping is super loud and not considerate of guests still sleeping in the morning

4.2

Mediocre

Anonymous, Jul 2018

Pros (+) Daily cleaning staff did a good job taking care of room and resupplying towels, etc.

Cons (-) The agreed upon price I did through the internet was lower than what the hotel charged. They said the online reservation.com did not charge the correct amount, and that the actual amount owed was higher than my reservation assured. I was livid, but stranded and had to pay the extra (extortion) amount. I am negotiating with Reservations.com to get this resolved.
