Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and carpets, as well as mold and maintenance issues. Service receives mixed reviews; while some staff members are described as friendly and accommodating, others are noted for lapses in communication or follow-through. Breakfast and pool facilities are mentioned but do not stand out as highlights, with some dissatisfaction expressed. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
