Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near the beach, port, and main attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and leisure. Some reviewers highlighted friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and enjoyable breakfast options. However, several guests expressed concerns about outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, inconsistent service, and amenities not matching online photos. While the location and some aspects of the service were appreciated, improvements are needed in room maintenance, cleanliness, and overall value for price.
