However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or rude staff, booking mix-ups, and concerns about extra charges. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with mentions of unclean rooms and pests. Noise from construction, other guests, and the surrounding area was a frequent complaint. Very good
Jennifer, Apr 2019
Cons (-) Was really surprised on how high hotel prices in Nashville were to begin with. Hotel Preston is not in the middle of events and still on higher end of pricing. Staff were great, they are doing some renovation in the bar/ restaurant, rooms super spacious, did not have noisy neighbors, fitness facility clean and pretty, the art deco was fun.
