Pros (+) I did not realise that check ins were only until 10 pm and I was going to arrive at midnight, they call me to let me know and made arrangements for me to collect the keys nearby and still have access to my room. They were friendly and flexible, willing to help and accommodate . I was very pleased and grateful
Cons (-) the entrance can be a little tricky to find
