Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for shopping, beach access, and exploring the city. The staff receives positive remarks for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests mentioning specific instances of great service. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviews noting clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. Bed comfort is generally appreciated, though there are a few isolated complaints. While some guests mention the hotel as being a bit pricey or having additional charges, the overall value is seen as fair by others. A few negative comments address issues like room size, outdated interiors, and occasional maintenance problems, but these do not overshadow the positive aspects for most guests.
