Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore Napa and access downtown attractions. Many found the atmosphere charming, cozy, and welcoming, with several highlighting the property's warmth and inviting vibe. However, there were frequent complaints about the breakfast quality and variety, as well as negative experiences with service, including staff communication and management issues. Room size and comfort received mixed feedback, with some rooms described as spacious and others as small or having uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the location and ambiance were standout positives, improvements in breakfast and service are needed.
