Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many reviewers also find the pricing to be reasonable for what is offered. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and stained linens. Bed comfort and service are also points of dissatisfaction, with reports of uncomfortable mattresses and limited or absent staff assistance. Overall, while the location and value are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and service are needed.
