N, Sept 2018
Pros (+) Great location Excellent and helpful staff Clean facility with strong water pressure and good hot water temperature Good value
Cons (-) 2 things kind of spoiled the terrific experience: a. There is a persistent and strong odor throughout the hallways on the 28th floor b. Very weak sound proofing: early in the morning we actually heard our neighbors conversing in what appeared to be just normal conversation
