Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the onsen (bath facilities), describing them as spacious, clean, and relaxing, with good water temperature and pleasant surroundings. Some guests also appreciated the breakfast variety and the overall cleanliness of the facilities. However, there were frequent complaints about the age and smell of the rooms, thin walls, limited amenities, and occasional issues with staff service. Food quality and variety, especially at dinner, received mixed feedback, and some guests experienced noise or discomfort due to room conditions. Despite these issues, the onsen experience was a highlight for most visitors.
