Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent staff and convenient location, with many appreciating the professionalism and friendliness of the service. The location is noted as central and practical, especially for transport connections. However, there are repeated concerns about cleanliness, room size, and value for money, with some guests mentioning uncomfortable beds and outdated facilities. While some guests found the hotel clean and comfortable, others reported issues with dirty rooms and bathrooms. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good budget option with standout service, but with areas for improvement in comfort and upkeep.
