The shuttle service is excellent with a driver waiting at the Airport for our flight arrival. The check in was very smooth and the room big and comfortable. The hotel is about 10 mins drive from the Airport. The staff were all very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Food onsite is good. Comfy beds, clean rooms, functional showers. There was some confusion about breakfast during our previous stay. As Hilton Gold Honor members this should be included or vouchered at the appropriate dollar value. Little dissatisfied with that despite otherwise great service.

Pros (+) Excellent location though a little far from town. Staff very nice!
Cons (-) We were there on business for a week. In the laundry room they only have one washing machine and one dryer. Would be great if they had several. When I went there the last night before leaving we found a lady doing laundry. She had just started a load and had three more to do. We ended up packing all our dirty laundry to do the next week on holiday.

Pros (+) Hotel only one week old, so some staff a little unsure but overall a superb new hotel just minutes from NBO
