Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent and convenient location, especially its proximity to the lake and Mall Road. Many enjoyed the restaurant and café, highlighting the quality of food and the pleasant atmosphere. Staff were often described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, a major drawback noted by several reviewers was the very small room size, which was seen as cramped and lacking in storage or comfort, and some guests also mentioned issues with cleanliness and noise. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its location, food, and staff, but room size and some maintenance aspects could be improved.
