Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and proximity to attractions, with several also highlighting comfortable rooms and pleasant amenities such as the dock and jacuzzi tubs. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues like dirty floors, bedding, and bathrooms. Service also received criticism for lack of responsiveness and communication, as well as some negative experiences with staff and management. Bed comfort was another recurring concern, with guests mentioning worn-out or uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, while the location is a major plus, improvements in cleanliness, service, and bed quality are needed.
