Guests consistently praise the hotel's outstanding service, friendly and attentive staff, and relaxing atmosphere. The pools, especially the Thalasso and infinity pools, are frequently highlighted as excellent features. Cleanliness is noted as a strong point, with rooms and facilities kept in great condition. Breakfast and other food offerings are generally appreciated, though a few guests mention limited variety. Spacious, comfortable rooms with beautiful views add to the positive experience.
