Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near major attractions like Mysore Palace and St. Philomena's Cathedral. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, stained linens, and unhygienic bathrooms. Service is often described as unhelpful or rude, and amenities such as AC, elevators, and power backup frequently do not function properly. While a few guests found the hotel to be good value or appreciated the staff, the majority were dissatisfied with the overall experience due to maintenance and hygiene issues.
