Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to key attractions and amenities. Some guests also appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning dirty linens, towels, and insufficient housekeeping. Service quality was another concern, as guests reported unhelpful or unfriendly staff and problems with promised amenities such as breakfast and room service. Overall, while the location and room size were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
