Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciate the unique heritage experience and grandeur of Lalitha Mahal Palace, with several highlighting the beautiful architecture, royal ambiance, and spacious grounds. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and service, including unfriendly or unresponsive staff, poor upkeep of rooms and common areas, and inconsistent amenities. While some guests enjoyed the food and found the stay memorable, others felt the property did not meet expectations for a heritage hotel, citing problems such as bed bugs, wall seepage, and lackluster breakfast. Overall, the hotel is valued for its historical charm but falls short in service and maintenance.
