Cons (-) There was issues with our door where we couldn’t get into the room when we arrived. They did send maintenance and it was fixed. Pros (+) I really enjoyed my stay at the Springmaid Beach Resort. It was my first time traveling to Myrtle Beach from Chicago and my room and view did not disappoint. My room looked right out onto the ocean and included a private balcony. The rooms were a very nice size and comfortable. The staff was great! Trey, the front desk clerk, was very friendly. After, I checked in I went to the bar in the lobby an...
Cons (-) I was confused on how to get to the front desk/lobby area at first. Not many signs but was able to locate it after a couple minutes.
