Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near ski slopes and restaurants, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many enjoyed the traditional Japanese rooms, spacious accommodations, and the relaxing onsen facilities. The breakfast buffet was frequently highlighted as delicious and varied. However, several reviews mentioned cleanliness concerns, particularly in the onsen and bathrooms, and noted that parts of the hotel felt dated or in need of renovation. Amenities such as family-friendly facilities and shuttle services were appreciated, though some guests experienced maintenance issues and minimal housekeeping.
