Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its excellent location close to ski slopes, restaurants, and transportation. Many appreciated the unique amenities, such as multiple onsens, ski storage, and family-friendly activities. However, several reviews noted that the hotel is quite dated, with some cleanliness and maintenance issues, and a few guests felt the price did not match the quality of the facilities. Overall, the positive atmosphere and service stood out most.
