Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, pool, and gym, as well as outdated facilities and uncomfortable beds. Breakfast and pool facilities also receive criticism, with several guests finding them below expectations.
